Standard sessions begin at 1 PM, 3 PM, 5 PM and 7 PM. An 11 AM session is available Friday–Sunday, and a 9 PM session is available Friday–Saturday.

Holiday schedule: November 23–27 and December 21–January 3, daily beginning at 11 AM. The rink is closed on Thanksgiving and Christmas. Hours and schedules are subject to change.

Enjoy $16 Matinee pricing on select weekday skating sessions.

Monday and Tuesday: $16 pricing all day.

Wednesday and Thursday: $16 pricing for the 1 PM and 3 PM sessions.

Matinee pricing is not available during holiday weeks.

Warm-Up Lounge Fire Pits begin at $50 for weekday matinee reservations. Evening Monday–Thursday reservations and Friday–Sunday reservations are $100.

Each reservation includes a s'mores kit with four s'mores. Additional s'mores kits may be available for purchase.

Learn to Skate Academy is a five-week Saturday morning program running November 14–December 19, with no class November 28. Only 30 skaters are allowed per session, students will learn the basics in a controlled setting with no public skaters on the ice. The program is $169.

Birthday Party Packages are $350 and include a 10' × 20' party tent, seating for 8–12 guests, and eight skating admissions for a 90-minute public skate session. Additional skating tickets are available for $23 each.

Decorations are welcome, but confetti and glitter are not permitted.

Catering may be coordinated through City Center restaurant partners for an additional cost. PLEASE NOTE: Outside food and beverages are not permitted except for cakes and cupcakes. A $100 fee will be automatically charged to the card on file if outside food or beverages are brought into the party area.

Private rink experiences are available Monday–Thursday and Sunday mornings and start at $2,500. Packages include a 90-minute skate session and skate rentals.

Pricing includes up to 100 guests, with additional guests available at $20 per person. Three fire pits with complimentary s'mores kits are included, and bar service is available upon request.

Skate aids are available for rent for your session at $15 each, on a first-come, first-served basis. Skate aids cannot be reserved in advance.

Options for beer, wine, soft drinks and hot cocoa are available for purchase at the rink's onsite bar.

Outside food and beverages are not permitted at the rink. City Center offers a variety of restaurants and food and beverage options to enjoy before or after your skating reservation.

Birthday catering can be coordinated through participating restaurant partners, and a cake or dessert can be brought in for reserved birthdays. Bar service may be available for private rink events upon request.

The 2026–27 Season Pass is $100. Select any date or time from the ticket selection section and choose the Season Pass option for current availability and purchase details.

The Holiday Ice Rink is a cashless experience. Applicable transaction fees may apply to purchases.

All ice rink ticket sales are final. No refunds or credits will be issued for any reason, including but not limited to change of plans, illness, injury, scheduling conflicts, transportation issues, or failure to attend a reserved session.

Ticket Transfers: Tickets may be transferred to another person but may not be exchanged for a different date or session. The original ticket holder is responsible for providing the transferred ticket to the new guest.

Weather Policy: The ice rink operates rain or shine, and inclement weather does not qualify for a refund, credit, or ticket transfer. Guests should plan accordingly and dress for outdoor conditions.

Rink Closures: In the event that the rink is closed or a session is canceled by rink management due to unsafe conditions, severe weather, facility issues, or other circumstances beyond our control, guests will be notified as soon as possible. Only in the event of an official rink closure or session cancellation will tickets be eligible for a refund or other remedy determined by rink management. Refunds, when offered, will be issued to the original purchaser and original form of payment.
